At Eagan Pet Clinic, we understand that caring for an declining pet can be one of the most difficult and emotional situations to have to go through. Our veterinarians, along with our entire staff, are here to help navigate you through the difficult decisions that arise during this challenging time in a pet's life. 

Knowing when it is time to say goodbye to a beloved pet is oftentimes one of the hardest decisions for a person to make. While each situation is truly unique, our veterinarian's do their best to provide an honest, objective assessment of your pet's quality of life in order to help guide you through this difficult process.

If you and your veterinarian decide that humane euthanasia is the best decision for your animal, our staff is trained to help gently guide you through every step of the euthanasia process in order to ensure your pet passes comfortably and in peace. At Eagan Pet Clinic, we are fortunate to have a designated "comfort room" to provide an additional sense of privacy and reprieve during the euthanasia process. The comfort room is larger in size than our exam rooms, with a couch and natural light and is isolated away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the clinic.
